The Web designer can also make an page to let people sign up to volunteer to Rainbow light and also put contract details also on the website.  General Attributes     1.       General (both skill) ICT skill The web designers would need to have great ICT skills and great Art skills to make the viewer make the website eye catching so that it would catch people’s eyes and the website would be visted a lot more Personal Attributes     1.       Leadership Take charge in a group Everyone is a potential leader and opportunities for leadership occur daily. Many people lack confidence or leadership experience so the rainbow charity can have a leader of web design and have an leader of what the leader’s of the company want the website to look like 2.       Problem solving Fixing problems When given an task, their would be an question asking the fella to help an person to fix or found why a part of the computer is not working or suggest a better part to replace the old part.
